Why Coastal Lane exists
Coastal Lane was founded to restore the architectural integrity of St. Petersburg's finest homes. Richard brings an engineering background and an artisan's eye to the details others overlook — the miters, the grout lines, the fixtures that sit a quarter inch off level.
The idea is simple: most luxury projects finish at 99%. The last 1% — the punch list, the close-out, the finish work that gets rushed at the end — is where a home either feels truly done or just almost. That's the part Richard built the company around.
How Richard works
Every home gets treated the same way — whether it's a historic Kenwood bungalow or a Snell Isle waterfront estate — with the care you'd give your own. In a community this close, your home is the neighborhood, and the work has to hold up to that.
